TCT Circuit Supply (TCS) Supplier Readiness on Coronavirus

Dear Valued Customer

As we navigate these uncertain times caused by the COVID-19 virus, I want to provide an update on some of the changes the TCT Group have put in place to provide a safe environment for our employees while maintaining operational capabilities and our ability to maintain service levels.
As part of this response, we have transitioned those that can work remotely from home to do so. For those critical to our production and operational capability, we have implemented daily cleaning procedures throughout each facility. Hand sanitizers, masks and gloves are available for use in each location. Distancing of employees is in place. Starting this week, we will be monitoring temperatures and requiring quarantine for those with a fever. We are limiting visits from outside personnel in our facilities to essential visits only.

For our customer visits (technical support and consignment/VMI), we remain committed to providing you with the product and support that you expect from TCS. We will continue to work with you and your team to reduce the frequency of these visits while maintaining health and distancing guidelines as provided by the CDC. We appreciate your support and flexibility during this time to achieve these goals.
At this time, the integrity of our supply chain remains intact. For TCT cutting tools, this is in no small part due to the efforts put in place by the TCT Group to continuously expand production in Taiwan over the last year. At the same time, TCT implemented thorough cleaning procedures to limit the impact of the Coronavirus starting at the end of last year and continuing through today. For our other line of products from domestic and overseas partners, we continue to work closely with them to maintain robust inventory levels. We do not foresee any immediate impact from the Coronavirus which will impact our ability to service your material needs from TCS.

The health and well-being of our team, our families, and our customers and their families, remains our top priority during this difficult time. As local and federal regulations allow, we are committed to maintaining a level of operational capability to support our valued customers. As we see our customers pivot their focus to maintain critical production for infrastructure and healthcare products used in the fight against this virus, we are proud to be a part of the global response to find a solution.

Thank you for your continued support. Should you have any inquiries, please reach out to me with any questions. The TCT Group wishes you health and safety during this challenging time.

Sincerely,

Ian Hemmings
